Mango + Banana Popsicles

Ingredients:
  • ¼ of a banana
  • ⅛ of a mango
Directions:
  1. Mash and mix the banana and mango.
  2. Add mixture to the Tiny Pop mold and freeze for at least 2 hours.

 

Banana + Avocado Popsicles

Ingredients:
  • ¼ of a banana
  • ⅛ of an avocado
Directions:
  1. Mash and mix the banana and avocado.
  2. Add mixture to the Tiny Pop mold and freeze for at least 2 hours.

 

Grape Popsicles

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup of red or green seedless grapes
  • ¼ teaspoon of fresh mint leaves
  • 2 ounces of formula or breast milk
Directions:
  1. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Add mixture to the Tiny Pop mold and freeze for at least 2 hours.

 

Cinnamon Spiced Pumpkin Popsicles

Ingredients:
  • Canned or cooked pumpkin
  • Cinnamon
  • Breast milk or formula
Directions:
  1. Mash and mix all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Add mixture to the Tiny Pop mold and freeze for at least 2 hours.

 

Strawberry Banana Popsicles

Ingredients:
  • 1 Strawberry
  • ¼ Banana
Directions:
  1. Mash and mix the banana and strawberry.
  2. Add mixture to the Tiny Pop mold and freeze for at least 2 hours.

     

    Apple Harvest Popsicles

    Ingredients:
    • Stewed apples
    • Ricotta cheese (low sodium)
    • Cinnamon
    Directions:
    1. Mash stewed apples with a fork.
    2. Add ricotta cheese + a sprinkle of cinnamon.
    3. Add mixture to the Tiny Pop mold and freeze for at least 2 hours.

     

    Yogurt Popsicles

    Ingredients:
    Directions:
    1. Add yogurt to the Tiny Pop mold and freeze for at least 2 hours.
