How do I access my reward points?
All customers will need to create an account to maintain their rewards status, access existing points, receive new points and redeem points for future purchases.
The only way to access your points is to sign-up for our Rewards Program (which happens automatically when you create an account).
Click here to log in or register.
If you have created an account previously, you'll be able to log in and see your current point status inside your account profile.
Why can't I see the points redemption slider at checkout?
The first step is to make sure you've logged in under the email address you used to create a reward account previously. Once logged in, try to checkout again.
If you still don't see the points redemption slider, you may be using Shop Pay or another accelerated checkout method.
Look for the "checkout as a guest" option at the bottom of the screen to return to our traditional checkout.
From there, you can apply your reward points, then log back into Shop Pay (Apple Pay, etc) to complete your order, if desired.
