Made for Milestones
Our products are expertly designed by Dawn Winkelmann (M.S, CCC-SLP), to help you navigate and achieve developmental skills and milestones in oral care, pre-feeding, and mealtime.

Baby-Led Oral Care
Before diving into solids, it’s essential that your baby’s oral development is on track. Baby-led oral care (BLOC) is an approach that builds on the principles of baby-led weaning, offering an intuitive way to prepare your baby’s mouth for solid foods. By focusing on oral care early on, you can help your baby become familiar with different sensations in their mouth and encourage healthy oral habits. Check out our Oral Care Collection.

Pre-Feeding + Motor Planning
Learning to self-feed is an important developmental milestone, and before diving into solids your baby can start practicing their feeding skills. Our Pre-Feeding Collection is designed to target and support pre-feeding milestones.
Motor planning is a vital skill that helps babies learn to remember and perform specific movements, such as bringing a spoon to their mouth. The ezpz baby-led handle plays a key role in this developmental process, as it is consistent across each stage. This makes it easier for babies to transition from oral exploration to self-feeding.

Infants (Starting Solids)
At around 6 months of age babies should start practicing bringing their hands to their mouth (while holding an object or baby-led spoon), drinking from an open cup (held by an adult), and finger-feeding soft strips of food. Babies are more engaged and independent at mealtime when provided with the right feeding tools to help them succeed. Our Tiny Collection is designed to help baby obtain important feeding milestones.

Toddlers
Between the ages of 1 and 2 toddlers should be able to bring a spoon and fork to their mouth (palm up) and scoop / pierce food using a utensil. They should also learn to hold and drink from an open cup independently (with some spillage), and be able to use a true pincer grasp (using tips of index finger + thumb). The ezpz Mini Collection was designed to help cultivate the skills toddlers need to achieve their developmental feeding milestones.

Little Kids
After age 2 self-feeding milestones become focused on utensil use, increased portion size, and food variety. Older toddlers and preschoolers should be learning to effectively scoop with a spoon and pierce with a fork, spread and cut soft foods with a knife, drink from an open cup independently (with no spillage), and drink from a straw. Additionally, they should be able to bite through a variety of food thicknesses and use a true pincer grasp. The ezpz Happy Collection was designed to support and encourage more complex independent eating.
