Are these just for younger babies? My daughter is 18 months old, but I think she’d like this.

Hi there! These are recommended for smaller babies, but would work for a toddler as well. We are working on more sizes!

Can Baby only use these if they're able to sit on their own? Because the pops are recommended to use from 4 months on and my son is almost six months and cannot really sit unsupported yet.

If you are filling with something like breastmilk or formula, it's okay to help them before 6 months, especially if using for something like teething. Solid foods (anything not breastmilk or formula) should wait until they are meeting all solids readiness signs.
