Truly an excellent investment!
"Perfect for our older toddler's growing appetite. Helps keep dropped food and spills contained, and also encourages her increased independence. I've been an infant/toddler teacher for many years now. At this stage, bowls and plates intentionally thrown on the floor, or accidentally dropped/knocked off the table has always been a pretty standard occurance- one that seemed unavoidable, despite utilizing many different types of plates with anti-sliding or suction features in my classrooms over the years. But my very bold, energetic, smart and extremely determined girl hasn't managed to send this mat to the floor even once. She does start to get a corner or edge up a bit, sometimes- it's not absolute infallible magic. But it comes pretty darn close! And I LOVE how I can microwave her food on the mat, AND stick it in the dishwasher, AND serve spaghetti sauces, tomato-based stews and chilis, beets, berries, and all sorts of other highly stain-y foods- without lasting evidence of any of it! There's not a single sign of the abuse we inflict on these mats! No stubborn, lingering stains. No pock marks from microwaving. The mats come completely clean in the dishwasher every time (also quickly and easily by hand-washing, but I despise hand-washing anything!) AND, we put them on the bottom rack of the dishwasher, too! And they've been perfect fine! In a world full of kids water bottles, small cereal bowls,and Tupperware lids, it's so nice that these don't have to compete with everything else needing that premium 'top-rack-only' territory!"

"Cons: - The mat is quite large and heavy - Storing it while not in use takes up a bit of space - When in dishwasher it needs to be at the outside edge standing up or it takes up a huge portion of the rack Pros: - The food spots are a good size for our 2 year old who is an excellent eater - It stays in place on the table well - The indigo color is really nice in person - We have had a variety of foods in it without any stains Overall, we like the product. We’ve always had ezpz items for our kid and I’m not sure I have energy to look at others. I just know this brand has worked for us and will likely continue to work in the future."

- My baby is 12 months old and I tried a lot of suction plates and none prevented him from lifting them. Before I buy this I just want to be assured😀that the suction is strong enough. Do you think the baby absolutely cannot lift it. Thank you
- Hi there! Our suction is based on negative pressure, so mats should stick to any smooth, flat surface when pulled from the middle. If your baby lifts from the edge, that will cancel suction and allow the mat to be lifted.
