What is baby-led weaning?
Baby-led weaning (BLW) is a feeding approach where babies are introduced to solid foods by eating the same foods as the rest of the family. Once baby is ready to start solids, babies feed themselves with a baby-led™ spoon or by picking up soft strips of food with their hands (instead of being spoon-fed purées by an adult).
What is a baby-led handle?
ezpz’s baby-led handle is expertly designed for baby’s tiny hands. This short, fat, round handle supports the development of the palmar grasp (stabilizing an object against their palm while curling their fingers around it) and assists with hand-to-mouth movements. By strengthening these skills, your baby will be ready for their first bite and utensil use!

"My LO is 5 months and has her two bottom teeth in. Shes a fast grower and is quite strong and showing all the signs of being ready to try solids so we are introducing them slowly and these tools are a great bridge. It’s amazing how quickly she went from fumbling with them to grabbing the handles and maneuvering them to her mouth. The only issue we have with the pops is it’s a big hunk of ice, which she only occasionally seems game to chomp on for long before she gets uncomfortable or brain freeze, she does tend to favor silicone or mesh pouches with something cold or frozen inside of that. Otherwise, the seal along the base, the shape, the nubbins on the end etc all are brilliant!"
